The Basics:
The Kingston HyperX 2GB DDR3-1800 dual channel memory modules have unique heatspreaders which feature a HyperX logo in the middle. Each module looks the same, and includes a sticker that lists some of the product specific details. Unfortunately, this information only includes the model number, operating voltage, warranty information, and some other numbers that didn't mean anything to me. Confirming the timings on the label would be nice.
The next image shows the back side of each module which is the same as the front except that the sticker has been replaced by a Kingston logo.
The image below shows the module specification sticker a little closer. This also lets you see the texture on the top portion of the heatspreader and the raised HyperX logo. These design elements make this kit stand out from others that have a more typical, non-flashy heatspreader.
The image below provides a side view of one of the modules to show how the heatspreader is bonded to the memory. In the image you can see a thermal pad that is well attached between the memory and heatspreader.
